- The academy imparts the best of knowledge/guidance and helps the students to the utmost achieving their aim but keeping in view the nature of the education process, gives no guarantee about results, for which it can’t be held liable.
- The education at academy is for the students seriously interested in their career prospects and therefore lays extra stress on adherence to the disciplinary norms of the academy, any violation of these norms will debar students temporarily or permanently.
- Though the academy will take all possible measures to provide safe and secure environment to all its students. It cannot be held responsible for any untoward incident/mishap affecting any of its during his/her tenure in the academy.
- The academy reserves all the rights to change the timetable as and when required.
- The students will get enroll in the certain groups, as per their course, and management reserves the right to make necessary alternation whenever required.
- Student must keep their mobile phones switched off/ on silent mode during classes.
- The student photography taken by the academy can be used for promotional activities of the academy.
- The admission fee, material fee and id card fee are not refundable under any circumstances.
- In the matters not covered above, the decision of the management would be final and binding to the student and his/her guardian. The management reserves all rights regarding rules and regulation of the academy.
- All disputes are subject to Chandigarh Jurisdiction only.
